Please, do not worry,it’s fine to feel low sometimes you just need to do the things what makes you happy ex dancing, admire natural beauty like lake side and just be you and don’t pretend anything to Anyone and last thing you should pour your heart on the paper and then burn it. You will feel light and please change your environment.These things worked for me,I hope they will work for you as well.
