I donβt know how to control my temper and I always hurt everyone around me without notice it. Can someone give me some advice?
I have some advice that I used on my self and it worked, Iβm not saying itβll work for everyone but you can try it out. You could take deep breaths for me I do inhale for 7, hold for 8, exhale for 4. If you feel like your about to hurt someone walk out of the room/place you can explain it later to them. After doing that you could watch something funny and try writing why your angry on a paper, you can crumble, rip, tear etc. To the paper. Hope this helps!
