I don't know how my mom feels about me being trans (FtM) because one moment, she is supportive. The next, she yells at me when she finds out the name I want to change my name to.  I don't know what to do. 

Hey Eli, well try to think about it from your mom's point of view. She named you, and she took a lot of thought into that name. If she seems fine with you being trans, but she's getting upset that you want to change your name, just give her time to come to terms with it all. How long has it been since she found out?

Family

My orientation was Bisexual and everyone knows about it. Some of my friends and family were weird about it but then accepted it later. 
I have never dated a girl till now, only boys(i want to just didn't find my type). 
So the thing is i recently realized i am not bisexual but I am gay(lesbian). And i cannot accept it myself yet. Idk how my family or friends will react. 
I also have a boyfriend of almost 2years. How do i tell him.

I found out a year ago that i am bisexual and i dont know how to come out to my parents about it. I am tired of hiding this from everyone and i just want to be free. I just want to come out but im scared of what people may think about me or how i would be treated. Any advise?

Sexuality vs Sexual orientation, the age old question it seems. I know I have always been attracted to men, but I also like women sometimes? I mean, part of the reason I mostly look these things up all the time is because of just how confusing it all is. I recently started therapy and that's where this was highlighted even more. ""You're talking about orientation, do you know the difference? Sexuality vs sexual orientation?"" Like, of course I don't???? I'm 19 and I'm just coming to terms with all this. You know, last night, I wrote it on my white board ""sexuality vs sexual orientation"" and internet has not been very helpful. So Apparently sexual orientation is about feelings etc and sexuality about sex. By that logic, my sexuality is towards men but orientation to BOTH MEN AND WOMEN? I have been thinking about coming to my mother. She gets it. Plus we have this unspoken contract to never talk about these things, but I want her to know. I feel like I can't be ""real"" with her otherwise. To tell her, I HAVE TO KNOW IT FIRST. Which I clearly don't. So yay me. Congratulations for wanting to invite your mother into this chaos you call choices. I think more than me, these millions of labels and choices are the problem. Ok, just thinking out loud. That would've reduced the stigma on you? But I'm sure I know what I mean. Labels can be empowering too I guess, the first time I said it out loud, that I'm gay, it was like, EVERYTHING CHANGED. and maybe it did. But to not have a label at all is horrifying.

I'm also demisexual, do any of y'all out there are in the same team as me?
