i dont know but my mood affects my performance in a great intensity. I really want to change this habit.
Why dont you try sticking to maybe one activity. Make it a ritual to do it regardless of how you are feeling. It will help you not falling into the pattern of emotion based performance.
Yes, i can feel you. Even my mood affects my performance. And therefore i always try to calm down and ignore the things that won’t matter to me. I aviod my all distractions and perform the work.
