I don’t feel like living. I feel so horrible. Why can’t I just get rid of my memories of assault? It was clearly years ago and my mind forces me to hold onto it. Why can’t I just move on? I tried a lot and I’m still trying to move on, but it’s hard, scary and painful. People have been through so much and still seem to be able to heal and live a life with purpose. Why can’t I be like them?

First of a all people are not same babe you maybe need more time to heal I got over my personal problems after a decade it’s a long period tbh but it happens affirmation and daily motivation helps a lot. Being in the same old environment won’t help it that much try getting out of you comfort zone and explore ✨️ it should help. Trauma that you faced can’t be compared to how it affected you with other person with the same trauma each being us different and so is there healing methods and duration so don’t compare yourself and just live your life.
