I don’t feel like going to basketball because I honestly feel really tired. But, I don’t really want to disappoint the coach because I have been at home for the past couple weeks, and havent been to practice in a long time. I wish I had an excuse not to go, but I don’t. What should I do?
Just be with yourself for sometime, go out, go for a walk… Cancel the plans…
