One Sided Love

My friend who use to sit and wake up till midnight to put status for his other friends birthday posted a status for me at 7 am it's hurting me a lot that why this happened it's feeling like I am not that important and it's hurting me a lot like I live in pg so when I was there he use to sit and skip sleep till midnight I came home.for my birthday and he is alone and he didn't wake up till midnight to put a status while he is saying i didn't want to disturb you in night by calling that means he was awake so why can't he just posted a status

I've unlocked a feeling that I myself couldn't understand. 

Here's my story:

Everyday felt like forever, every alone time felt worse. Some nights I would just sit on my bed in the dark, humming songs I don't recognise. Or even start tearing at nothing. Some nights I would wake up at 3am and just couldn't go back to sleep. Some nights I would cry my eyes out, silently hoping someone would hear my cries. 

It's sad that my parents have no understanding of what mental health is. Or at least if they do, all they'll do is to judge. As if the person isn't feeling bad enough. Mental illness isn't something new to people. People just chose to view it as out of the norm. 

They had no idea what was really going on inside my head, they don't even know I'm struggling. They have no clue at what I would want to just do to myself. I don't know why I turned so weak, life was just getting too much for me. Often I find myself staring into space, I couldn't concentrate on what I should be doing. Every morning was fear, anxiety, and then numbness. I would carry on with my life as if nothing has ever bothered me. Everything would seem fine, but I am not. Nothing is fine. This feeling, I don't know what it is. I couldn't get it checked. I couldn't talk to anyone about it and its killing me.  I don't want to get judged by my own parents who couldn't understand what anxiety means or that depression doesn't just means I want to die. I don't want answers just cause they have to answer to my cries. 

I want to feel alive again. I want to be able to tell people that I am fine, and actually feeling fine. Yes sure, I can laugh, I can joke, but after the moment's gone, I'm back to where I started again. And it scares me. I don't know why I no longer feel things that I know I should. 

I remember the time I cried on the bus on my way home. That shit was embarrassing yet I still did it again a few days later. I don't understand how I can't control my thoughts or my emotions. I hate how I cry so easily over the smallest things. 

All I need is a safe place, a place where I don't get judged, a place I know I'm not alone. I need somewhere I can be who I am. I need somewhere I can express myself. 

3am Thoughts

I am dating someone. He is a good guy. He was initially much more interesting and pursuing me. I liked him because he gave me consistent attention. After 3 months of seeing each other, he said I love you. I wasn't ready to say it yet, not because I didn't feel the same way. But I am always scared something might go wrong. But I said it. 

It's some time, his efforts in me have gone downhill. He doesn't text as much. Doesn't plan to meet me as much. If he does it's indoors. (To makeout later but it's super cold outside too). 

I am scared that he might lose interest in me.  It has happened to me before that guys initially show interest and when I sincerely give them back. They lose interest. My anxiety or overthinking isn't going away. 

What can one suggest me in this situation?

U don't know what type of loneliness I am facing Like the kind of where u can't even think and still got no one to talk abt anything. It happens, parents don’t understand teenagers and so teenagers! But who the fuck blames and says things like “Pata nhi kiss ghadi mei tu paida hogyi” Okay I get it! They hate me! Everyone does but please just dont say it over my face I am fucked up messed up and everything OKAY I AM TERRIBLE THAN A TERRORIST I tried every bit to understand my mom not just as a mother but also women living in this society I get her every point I DONT BLAME HER FOR ANYTHING not anymore But now she is starting to being rebellious and u knw what I AM GETTING BLAMMED FOR EVERY SINGLE FIGHT MY PARENTS EVER HAD I feel sometimes agr mei hoti hi nhi to ye sb hota hi nhi I am just like a curse in her like And great applause to my mother she is herself making me feel like that I get it I am bad luck I understand her but she is not ready to see me as a person, she is seeing me as a girl who fucking failed in a competitive exam Yes I didnt made above cut offs And yes u have to pay extra for the course u have to send me out And I also accept that my mistake But think if I wouldn’t be here this all would not have happened at all She’d be all free and no worries. She kind of makes me feel this way every day Treats me like a spoiled child is treated Look at the irony I never smoked or drank or even had any bf issues and still the spoiled one I am just a girl who loves to dream sleeping and not sleeping and loves to laugh aloud and loves to keep her hair open and loves to sleep a lot and loves to talk to myself  And I can't do this not for at least next 6years And I am okay with that I am okay to shut my mouth my dreams for like even a decade (just because u can not hold me more than that) I am okay to obey ur every rule okay to being a nerd okay to be the ideal child. I already made this clear to them not a single complaint will come from my side for the next ten years or even if u want to add one more decade then I am fine with that too! I just don't want any mental torture They think that when they fight, I should probably be okay with that I shouldn’t be offended I shouldn’t mind that I shouldn’t think abt that But guess what they both has weak genes because I am weak in dealing with what hurt me. I feel hurt over small things, it's in my DNA I don't know it's acquired or inherited but it is in there. I FEEL BAD OVER SMALL HURTFUL THINGS AND THAT'S THE WAY I AM. I am sorry I can't help with that. All I can do is not cry in front of u or anyone but I can't lie to myself that everything is okay when nothing is. I also hate that I get hurt that all this hurts my mental health but what to do God didn’t made me that cold-hearted at least not on this matter!!

Mental Health

I'm feeling self pity.
My mom before some time said, behave like a girl, behave like a normal girl, don't behave in a too much childish way.
I don't know why she said that but yes I behave in a childish way, that's just the way I am. But now I'm questioning myself why am I the way I am.
She told me that some of our close relatives said her what will happen to your daughter she behaves like a 10y/o.
I'm 18, turning 19.
But I don't feel anything is wrong in behaving childish.
I'm very well aware of whatever I'm doing but I still choose to behave in a childish way, because growing up already has so much tension and work load in itself. Whats wrong if I choose to behave in that way and make myself happy?
Why do people still say that you should behave in a mature way.
I show maturity only where it's needed.
People have problems with you so many times.
But it becomes worse when your parents also support them and then they tell you to behave a certain way. My mom is not so supportive in this thing.
I am feeling self pity.
Please tell me how and what way should one behave!?
