I didn’t sleep last night i mean every other night because my anxiety keeps me up

I’m sorry to hear about this, I know these kinds of things can be hard as another person who struggles with anxiety.
I recommend identifying what triggers your anxiety, and do your best to avoid it, shower before bed if you think that will help. I can suggest more if you would like, but I don’t want to overwhelm you.
