I told him things and made him feel bad about himself but i was angry and didnt mean anything..


i deceived him by saying things i didnt mean and now i feel like i did something he never expected


He said not to contact him anymore... and i have no confidence to talk to him.

i know i tried doing that but he said not to apologise and said not to contact anymore
i apologised many times.. but the guilt just doesnt go.. i cant sleep and eat
cant even describe how i am feeling rn

What to do when your home has a very toxic environment ?
Your own parents fight most of the times , and then they shout at you all the time all they do is shout and fight at home !
They don’t live a happy life neither they gave a happy life to me
I love them and they love me too !
But the environment at my home is just not nice
They shout talk angrily use cuss words curse their children never support me love my brother and sister more and what no !
I can’t live in such a negative atmosphere can’t leave home also because of this corona period
I don’t know how to make them understand , what to do !!!
