Hey, i can feel ur pain it’s the wrost thing ever in the world when u can’t even do anything if u wanted too and i also have gone through with this phase i spent my 3 year in a room like u r doing right know but i would like to tell u that this will not help u at all if u will continue doing this then it will lead u to even more wrost situation so just spent some time with ur family and start doing something for which u are passionate about and i know it will take time but in the end every thing will be fine so just don’t lose hope maybe god has a better plan for u 🙏🙏
