I cant sleep. its been 3 years since i had a good sleep. i keep crying at nights. i dont have friends i only have my boyfriend i dont speak to people much sometimes i want to be with people sometimes i dont want anyone i just want to be lonely and cry. i dont want to do anything im working but cant concentrate. i just need peace and happiness. 😭 what should i do

What are your thoughts …is anything which is annoying you …what makes you keep awake…I feel the same sleepless nights but my circumstances cause me do that…
sometimes random thoughts sometimes negative thoughts
Overthinking is what you do …really try some meditation …and try to self analyse your thoughts…
What we actually do is using mobile phones while trying to sleep our body goes to rest and mind stays awake with all sought of apps and reels etc…try a no phone policy while sleeping this will help .
I think your care is serious. Koi acche se psychogist se meet karo aap? 3 saal se nahin soye theek se iska matlab ki something serious is going on. Does your boyfriend know about this? Is he trying to help you… he should help you…
