Focus on 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can feel, 2 things you can smell and one thing you can taste to try to ground yourself, then keep trying to take deep breaths to control your breathing <3

Don’t think more.just do your favourite thing.if your parents or teachers or friendsare understanding just go to them and tell them everything that you feel or your thinking.if you feel suffocating then just cry and let it be
