I can't believe what's happening in Sudan. So many women, children getting raped. Mass killings. Slavery. This is extremely terrifying. I feel we've all lost touch if humanity now. It's so saddening. I wish we could do something about it. 

Nobody could do anything when Darfur happened. I don’t know if anything can change now 

I think same. We are now losing humanity within us. Humans are becoming extremely terrifying. We all should not do the same.

I recently got discharge from hospital after 30 days.... I got covid it was really painful going through all that stuff 🙂

Ever since the pandemic happened, I haven't had a real social connection. I feel all alone and it might help if I can connect with some. Because of that desperation I came here. Any want to talk share things on a periodic basis. I would really love to do that.

Depression

i feel the same.nothing seems interesting to me these days.im tired feeling this way though.i need to do homeworks,join online classes and else.istg this is tiring.i wish i can go somewhere to relax.place where i dont need to care about anything.just for one day.i really really hope this pandemic end asap.it slowly killing me.im exhausted,mentally and physically.

School

I feel like I have become immune to people dying. I don't feel anything now when I hear news of someone passing away. Maybe because I have heard about so many people losing their lives due to covid. Is it normal? Do you also experience it?

THIS LOCKDOWN LIKE SITUATION IS GIVING ME MAJOR PTSD FROM LAST YEAR. It's honestly been super tough on my mental health (and i'm sure others' too) with the constant anxiety of not knowing what will happen next or when something will happen. Just needed to vent. To whoever is reading this, please wear a mask and PLEASE PLEASE tell covid to leave us all alone. 

*A lot has happened since last year, the political situation in India made me feel miserable (majorly, because being a Muslim) with people I had as friends once, turning traitors followed by the covid situation..
My mental health is in tatters and I have definitely had a couple of ups as well..
Who else thinks this was the starting point of their mental state?*

Mental Wellbeing

I came today here probably after a long time, and after reading many posts one thing that was similar in all was that people are frustrated and the pandemic has certainly taken a toll on everyone. They are feeling left out, limited virtual interaction leading to misunderstandings, loose temperaments, and trust issues, etc. I personally have forgotten how to even socialize. Even I was enraged, depressed from days, and seeing here feels so many of us are in this together. I agree these are traumatic times and even our optimism is now turning pessimistic but maybe the virus is here to stay. We can do little and maybe accept the change, and have to learn to live with this chaos. Life is still moving but we are stuck in this. But never lose hope. If you think hoping for big things is futile seeing the swing in cases every now and then, hope for small everyday things- accomplishing something you like, checking 50% of your to-do list, drinking enough water, exercising, skincare anything. As I write this I believe it will definitely make hard things a lil better. Hope is very powerful and stubborn and it survives even the most horrible circumstances. 
"Kabhi kabhi saare jahaan mei andhera hota hai , par raat ke baad hi toh savera hota hai".  Get up every day with a new perspective and seize the day. Don't wait for the perfect moment, take the moment and make it perfect.
