I cannot explain how I am feeling… I just want to sleep and never want to wake up… I don’t want to see anyone… Talk to anyone… Explain… I am tired of trying to explain… To make people understand and just be there… But nothing changes… I can’t anymore… I don’t want anyone to see me… Talk to me… I want everything to just end… I am too far gone and no one realises this…

Hi sweetheart, I know damn well how you feel rn. I feel absolutely the same. But I know one day this feeling will end, for both of us. You’re so important and loved. It feels like an endless cycle, wake up then do smth and get sleep again. Or even do nothing. But please remember this isn’t permanently. It really isn’t. Please reach out to someone even if it’s like the hardest thing to do atm. Maybe do smth you used to do and love. Painting or taking a walk. Cook something tasty or watch you comfort movie again.
