Is it just me or are unsolicited advices or solutions really irritating lmao? Sometimes I don't want a solution to the problem i am talking about, I just want to vent.

Frustration

I am staying with my bestfriend here in foreign country away from my hometown and parents. I thought my best friend he is here for me and I won’t feel alone. But I feel alone the most and this feeling I never got in my life. I miss the stupid nonsense things we used to talk and him making fun of me. His new friend said I am stupid and drama just because I preferred to stay silent because ai dint know what to talk to her when she came couple of times home. I just silently went to my room. I seriously dnt know how to talk to her or what to talk. I did try but now my best friend also think the same I am drama and silly. Is it stupid and drama to be silent as a person??? I feel awkward to talk when I dint get the vibe to talk. Is it wrong?? We dnt talk anymore like me and him used to be like. Its not us anymore. In one month i feel like things changed. I am no longer priority for him. What should i feel i dnt know exactly i am numb and blank. It just hurt and i dnt want him to see me cry. 

3am Thoughts

Other people have major reasons for why they do the things they do, like drugs, cutting etc. Nothing life changing or traumatic happened to me, but then why do I feel this way? 

I have recently broken up with my bf. We were together for 8 months. 
I broke up with him bcoz I was afraid I will hurt him in future..he was the best thing that has ever happened to me..
Just like a golden light. He loved me so much. I was never expressive with the things that bothered me or the things that hurt me, and thus , I always felt I overwhelming...

I knew he would not leave me if I tell him to leave me..he was just so perfect. 
Loyalty meant everything to me and so I never let any other guy touch me even if for a handshake. But while breaking up i lied to him that I slept with my co-worker, when he said he wanna verify with him, I requested my co worker to tell him that we did it. So that he will leave me and be happy, bcoz I knew that he deserves someone better than me. 

I have had a very fucked up past.i had abandonment issues, I would take anti depressants. It was his first relationship...And I loved him with my whole heart, I would buy him flowers, cook lunch for him, buy him gifts, and in return he would take care of me, massage me, tuck me in like a Baby . 



But i ruined our relationship..bcoz I was not expressive... 
He has started to move on, and it hurts me so much to see it. 

It cost me my relationship bcoz I was afraid to express. He cried...he yelled for me to stay but I couldn't..it's been 2 weeks.. and i miss him so much I have started hallucinating him. 
I have taken sleeping pills, liquor but nothing helps. I want to be with him bcoz it's so hard to let him go ..but I know I am toxic and I should let him go. But I love him so much. I am an engineer and so is he. I work night shifts and he does day. But with time I could see he wasn't smiling tht much bcoz I would always do some shit, I would lie to him sometimes bcoz I needed some time to express and he would rush me to tell him and so it would always get so worse. I miss him so much. 


Please suggest what I should do?
