Motivation

I struggle with complex PTSD. Complex because it doesn’t relate to one specific incident, or one specific trauma. I have been plagued with trauma after trauma, crisis after crisis my whole life. I’m a grown woman, a mother, someones boss, someones sister, someones daughter. I come across as strong, independent and someone who doesn’t take BS from anyone. But that’s all persona. Inside, I’m constantly trembling, constantly questioning everything I said and did and hating myself either way. Constantly believing that someone else would have done better. I struggle to hide the struggle nowadays. 

PTSD

I had a date setup w this girl well in advance but on the day she just ghosted me. I'm going through a very tough phase right now and that date was the only good thing that was supposed to happen after a very long time but even that failed. I feel very sad and lonely

Now&Me Activities

I long for a relationship. Every time I see couples doing something together or read a book or watch movies where you see the love blossom between two people I get this deep longing for someone to love me like those I read about I'm books. 

And I also get this feeling of loneliness (romantically wise) that comes with it. 


Life

I got into a relationship in the month of Jan last year it was all good like just perfect we were happy together and then suddenly because of the lockdown it became a long distance thing. Everything was going well then too but slowly and slowly things began to change and then in December he broke up with me. We still talk to each other like just formal talks. But i can't let him out of my mind. I could not even meet him for the last time. This thing annoys me a lot that i met a person it was all good and then one day it just ended and we couldn't even sit and talk for once. I am trying to move on but it's getting difficult day by day. Also it seems like I am the one who is suffering and he is going well.

Breakup

He has everything I can ask for, but sometimes I am not attracted towards his looks. Is it okay to not feel attracted towards your partner sometimes when he is not looking good?
