I broke up with my boyfriend of 5 years. He cheated. And the worst is he didn’t even try to come back or make a genuine effort. It’s been over 4 months but I’m not able to move on. He just says he’s guilty and that I deserve better.
It really was a good relationship, I don’t understand why he wouldn’t put efforts even after he’s the one who cheated. I tried my best to talk him into it, but no real outcome.
I feel lost. I’m having a hard time moving on. It sucks more cause he isn’t even putting me in a place where I can decide whether to forgive him or not. Anyone has any advice?
PS. I’ve tried engaging myself in my hobbies, it helps sometimes but when I start spiraling again it gets worse.

Same issues with me… am really sorry tht i could relate but one thought that keeps me going is let them theory "let them do whatever they want " you just watch i know it hurts a lot but we are not chasers man why do we have to run after someone … keep your head high and slowly accept the fact that he is not yours… jaane do jisko jaana hai… he wont be the same person even if he comes back too!!!
