I feel so bad both mentally and physically why is life so hard why do I have to go through so much more pain until the end of me why can’t I just sit here why do I have to feel pain I hate it so much I hate myself so much I hate everything I just want it to stop it hurts to eat it hurts if I don’t it it hurts if I cry it hurts if I think it hurts if I do anything but it hurts to sit in bed all day I can’t do this i hate feeling this way I just want it to stop

Have so much on my mind that I don't even know what to write or what to skip. Just going through emotional hell. Anxiety on peak. Can someone tell what to do to get an instant relief while having sort of like anxiety attack?

I'm feeling low... anyone here.

I've been preparing for my exams since the past 6-7 months continuously. I'm tired af. And now my mom says put in more effort. Everyday I wake up at 4 in the morning and leave my desk at 10-11 at night and still what I hear is put in more effort. How do put in more effort guys and someone tell me please. I really need help would studying 28 hours a day work?

3am Thoughts

I have always fallen for guys who know how to keep the conversation going, who made me feel the so-called "spark" on the first date. But these men have turned out to be absolute assholes who have taken me for granted. 
There's this guy now, who is nice, mature, kind to me, has good (not great) conversations, but I don't feel anything for him. Could be because I have only came across shitty men, and I am accustomed to them. If I am thinking of stability, should I give this guy a shot? Will it be settling? Because I have valued great conversations since forever...and I don't think, I will have it with him. 
Those of you in relationships here, could you guide me a little on this? Should I wait for someone better, or try being in relationship with this guy?
