I slept with my best friend's ex gf without him knowing and he still does not know. She won't tell too. They broke up long back. There was nothing emotional between us. It was just physical. Its been long time. Now i am thinking too see her again. But confused if i am doing any wrong with my bestie.

3am Thoughts

I used to smoke a lot,, tried quitting, nothing worked then i started nicotex and it worked.. but now i can't stop that..Can anyone suggest a healthy alternative.  i want it to work.. i worked so hard.. but can't discuss this with anyone because it's embarrassing.. Any suggestions is appreciated..

I am so done in my life I am just 19 and I feel caged at my home my parents don’t let me go out or anything they just wants me to stay home every time . Even for job they said a no and for any other things . 
I can’t even make friends and the one I had even now she is not because I can’t really go with her out
