Hi,

I can understand that’s quite stressful, we’ve all been there. What really helps is to mediate. You could also lay on your back on the bed and breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, breathe out for 6. Important to know is that almost everyone is stressed, it’s quite normal. If you studied well and did your best then it should be alright ;)! You just have to trust your nervous system and brain to the work for you. Good luck with your test! πŸ’ͺπŸ‘
