I am so not feeling good today , people always comment on my body . Somedays it doesn’t effect me . But it did today . I am so tired . I have been an extrovert , I have so many friends but sometimes I just need a break for myself to feel like myself again and get my own space . I have my boards and my mental health isn’t certainly well .

Hi.
I also get a lot of comments on my body. Earlier they used to effect me but now I realised that I am perfect the way I am. The time I started loving myself, I stopped bothering about what people say. Self-love is key to the happiness. And you can take out time for yourself anytime and anywhere. If you are feeling stressed or you don’t want to respond to your friends then just tell them that you will respond them after few hours and use that time for doing something you love. Don’t stress yourself thinking about your boards. Start learning for your exams but remember to take out time for yourself. You can do meditation or do something which you like.

Self-love is truly one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. For me it freed up so much mental space and helped me realize there is so much more to life than hating myself.
even i being a thyroid person i became oversized people used to make fun of me…they used to hurt me unkowingly…then i sarted accepting my body as it is…then thought of improving my body nd thought of loosing body wheight…not bcoz i was oversized but bcoz i wanted to be healthy nd fit…nd i did this for me not for the people who taunted me or made fun of me…now m confident…m hapyy…u need to be free from worries…u need to be calm…happy …nd heal yourself…u should give urself sometimehows u

be active…try yoga…nd do whatever makes u happy…keep smiling
try to speak with others…try to resolve others problem nd then u would be happy
