I am so nervous rn. I want to break up with my boyfriend of 5 months and it’s just so scary because I don’t want to hurt him. We haven’t met IRL yet or even been on a call. We just text every other week and that’s it. He’s lovely but I just don’t feel the connection anymore so I started talking to someone else behind his back. I know this is wrong but he simply couldn’t give me what I needed. But why do I still have this ache in my heart about breaking up with him first? Am I a bad person?

Definitely yeah … Instead of going behind his back you could have chosen to tell him upfront which you didn’t . And yeah bad people also have a conscience.✌️
there was no way for me to tell him though every time I tried he kept saying that he doesn’t have time to discuss anything now because he’s late for work or he’s going to the gym.I also think it’s unfair of you to call me a bad person because the reality is that stuff happens and even though I feel terrible I don’t think I should get all the blame.He didn’t even tell me happy birthday and blamed it on the fact that we have been together for so long so he didn’t remember.
Look , I didn’t blame anyone. You asked if you are a bad person and from what you narrated I told what i saw. A good person doesn’t ask if he’s bad , he usually blames himself if he does anything wrong. Only a bad guy tries to cast votes in his favour. It doesn’t matter if you are good or bad because all those are just perspectives but what you did to him felt wrong to me no matter how bad you feel for it.

Online relationship are not going to work in real life , it’s a fantasy kind , so find someone in real and don’t wrry , telling him every thing you have . Resolve it , make this social media relationship a real life relationship by meeting.
