I am scared of some kind of acid attack. I k I am completely safe and not in any kind of danger but still I am scared I want to get those thoughts out as I am scared I will manifest it if I think too much about it. I have tried diverting my attention and I have tried to indulge myself into other activities and I want to know what should I do.

Heeyy princess… It’s okay to be scared of something tho it’s not gonna happen. It’s normal. Just try not to overthink it. You are a very strong person. And either way you will be this precious only. It doesn’t matter how you look… A Princess never lets her worth down. I think you should talk to your mother or try to sleep. And if you want to talk I am here for you. Okkay? Take care of yourself

When you feel that way then take deep breaths and look around you. State the facts. Observe the things that you see. Ask yourself why are you having those thoughts. When and why did these thoughts start. Hope this helps. Help others and spread love darling
