I am planning on leaving my house and my parents by May of 2024 , I am scared that they might still try and contact me , I have my reasons to leave them and they know about it very well , I have talked to them about leaving but they want me to stay , I am not that experienced right now , and i just need to know if I can get a restriction order against them , somehow I just want to get away from them forever, please if anyone can help me out comment and I’ll connect with you

Well I was sexually assaulted by one of my family members and when I told my parents about what happened they didn’t support me and it has affected me a lot , so in short that’s all

Okay so if they don’t support you then it’s a sad thing. Also you should move out thinking nothing else. Your parents would approach you and also try to stop you but you should stay strong and just tell them upfront that you already shared your reason of leaving them if they are not supporting you then you have no choice other than leaving them . Also if you stay here , you would be thinking about that incident always and also no assurance that the incident happened will not happen again .

Don’t listen to them… just leave the house whatever happens… one day they will realise the mistake and will also accept your decision you took at this time …
