I am passionate about music, and want to become professional about it, but I don't know the legals stuffs like how to copyright my music, how to get an official music channel, how to get a recognised music label, become a verified artist, nothing. All I know is how to write a song, sing it, compose music, only this much. Can anyone help?

How long will I haunt myself.

Life

I was practicing celibacy since 6years,
Was thinking of becoming a monk or something of that sort, 
But then girl fell in love with me and eventually I too fell in love with her. And we are into a complicated relationship. 
She had a lot of past and baggage, 
At first i did not bother much because i was completely naive about relationships, 
But now i just get way too annoyed and hurt thinking about things she did in the past,since childhood i 
I always thought if I had a gf i would be her first and only one, and in my adult life I had completely stopped thinking over those things because i was practicing celibacy. 
But life hit me hard and now I'm neither able to practice complete celibacy and nor relationship is going that well.
At worst i think about things she did in past with her ex. I think it like 5-10times a day and feel hurt. I know having issues with someone's past isn't right. Bur forget about right or wrong,
 I fucking can't help it. The worst thing is I'm going through this trauma and mental torture due to something someone else did in the past.

3am Thoughts

I feel like having ADHD is a terrible thing..I usually get clowned on for it even though I'm intelligent. But I just feel like I'm a outcast. 

ADHD

My 4 years old girlfriend is breaking up with me as she has started her masters she says she wants a new life there I feel like shit she also said that 4 years with me were shit and worthless. 

Anxiety

When I gain weight & eat unhealthy a lot. It affects my periods. This happened for 5-6 months. When I  started eating clean and didn’t  have fast food more than 3-4 times a week and I did workout consistently. I never had any peroid problems from then. Do you guys think I have pcos. 

Period

so I have my exams coming up and I am making a mental note to never express myself to my parents because they never understand the pressure I am under right now. I told my mum that they don't care about me as much as they do for my elder sister and I told her how I am not like others when it comes to handling emotions so I need therapy. My experiences, struggles, and the trauma I have been in were so quickly disregarded because I have to take care of 2 emotionally immature adults - one is an alcoholic and the other just doesn't stop yelling and shouting. I was shot with so much shit like "others are doing it, why can't you?" Believe me, I have friends and none of them have to go through this shit. Their parents are there for them through thick and thin, and sometimes I even feel ashamed that I have to manage the entire house by myself that I make up scenarios like theirs 
for example - my friend says "yaar Aaj toh mumma ne bohot scold Kiya kyuki Maine homework nai kiya that aur lunch nai khaya. Phir Maine jabh papa ko mana ki nai mujhe abroad college jana hai, tabh unhone mujhe kaha ki 'okay, konsa course karna hai? Mai tumhari research mai help kar deta hoon' " 
and then I have to say " Haan bhai mai samajhti sakti hoon tera dukh kyuki meri mumma bhi bohot involved hai and mere papa bhi mujhe bohot support karte hai, apne life decisions mai." And the scenarios I make up are never true. I feel alone and undervalued. 

They are so emotionally exhausting that I want to just leave them. Just leave them. I should be able to enjoy my life, and not go through this shit. I hate that I have parents who are not even willing to listen to my side of the story and put all the blame on me - even for their actions. They have no empathy for me and just are so individualistic. My mum used to sit with me, and now because I held up a mirror, she is not even here.
