I am neet aspirant 2022.after a month I have my exam which will decide my future. I’ve studied hard for 2 years and I’ve always scored 500-600 in my mock tests but now from last month I’m forgetting everything. In final test series of aakash I’m barely scoring 300-350 . It’s stressing me out. Whenever I try to focus I can’t . I feel very sleepy and i can’t even focus. I don’t know what to do.
Firstly don’t take stress of how much marks you are getting… it’s better to make mistakes in practice sessions so that you’ll not repeat those mistakes in actual exam. Focus on how to avoid these mistakes in exam.
Just remember you have scored better in previous tests…it means you are good enough to crack that exam. You have to just deal with stress during exam. It’s normal…like you, many students are stressed out…you have to just focus on preparation and analyse why you are stressing out…you can try deep breathing to reduce stress. If you have time try meditation also
The main problem is I can’t even understand my mistakes in doubt sessions. I feels like I know nothing and i won’t be able to solve the question ever
Please don’t think too much…and after every test analyse your mistakes which you are doing during exam and don’t pre-assume your marks…it can be better if you develop the ability to handle the pressure of 3 hour exam. As you said your exam is in coming month so just focus on revision of mistakes.
Bro same. I’m stuck in the range of 400-450 since I started giving full tests. It’s not like I don’t know, but still just like you I forget things.
Exactly
I was talking to my dad today, and he advised me to go through the solutions and after a day, re attempt the mocks again and again until we remember all of them. At least the full syllabus tests. I’m enrolled in Allen tests, so I will be doing this for last part tests and full syllabus test. And those question which we could not solve, we need to go through that specific topic only via notes and questions that we have solved.
You can try this as well. I’m gonna do this
