I am in a position where I complete my one year at a company.
I see there is no financial growth in this company and the notice period is from 1 month to 3 months.
I am trying for jobs abroad and all my decisions depends upon my next move.
Whether I am gonna stay in Bangalore and shift my job to another company or go abroad.
It’s kind of an unclear situation.
Any suggestion as to how do I deal with my next step ?
