I am in a long distance relationship from 6 years now. We're planning to marry but his parents are not agreeing to the fact that we're perfect for each other also they believe in caste like it's the only thing that matters to live in a society. Initially, my parents were also against our marriage but they understand my love for him but now the boy and his parents both agreeing to the fact that we should go for court marriage but I want to do it the Indian way. Not the levish one but atleast with all rituals.

Religion is same but we belong to different state and caste as well. Also his parents aren't willing to make their move. I don't understand why do they care about society that much. 

I totally agree with you. But the problem that seems to be here is that his family is playing smart here. They are not willing to come to my state but suggesting to get married with legal procedures. Then later on they will give the reception party at their place. Why? What about my parents and their dreams and my friends and relatives ??

My father is waiting for his father's call since August. His father didn't responded due to obvious reasons. But now all of a sudden his father has come up with the solution that you guys should get married through court later we'll have a reception for the guests! They are still not happy with us getting married. They are doing this for their son's sake. Nothing else.

Confusion

I'm feeling lost..
I was talking to this guy for months. I was quite attracted to him. Our conversations were effortless. Everything was going great then I talked to him about relationship. At start he was ready for serious relationship but after 2 days he was like this attachment between us affecting my work. We can't go like this ,i don't want to get attached to you. I was like we can try if it doesn't work then we'll just end this but don't leave like this .
But he isn't ready n I'm trying to understand his reasons.
I got attached so much i can't seem to make terms with it. I'm feeling pain in my chest and i dont have friends to whom I can share how I'm feeling.
Once again I'm all alone with my thoughts. 
Should I convince him to try once or accept n move on.

Guys what do you suggest for marriage if a girl is not willing to settle in abroad due to many reasons but her parents liked that boy who lives in abroad due to other  complications in marriage , so I am really confused what should I do?

6 months ago I broke up my 4 years relationship. I started feeling alone as I am in the habit of always getting attention and pampering but now I miss all those lovely hugs and kisses. There is a guy who likes me also I have a bit crush on him but the thing is he is in a relationship. We went for drinks one day and I got high. I was in the washroom there he came to check me if I was fine ,  I taunted him badly that i am aware of all his intentions and I don't trust him and all the things but he was so soo nice to me he came inside rub my back wash my face clean it and ask me if I feel okay or not. He got some lemons gave me with his own hands though I insist to had it my self but he took atmost care of me by himself. When I started feeling better I don't know how but I attracted to him so much I hugged him. Then also he can't do anything to take advantage. We went for walk there he confess many things about his personal life and kissed me. I resist because I realize that I am doing equally bad to the girl who is with this guy as him. But I am still feeling guilty for the thing that I have done. When I told him to not cheat her girl he gave me the reason that he is in a long distance relationship and multiple times he had tried to let her the girl knew that they are not working. And I have seen their messages also I am really confused, guilty and feeling like stuck.

3am Thoughts

Hi guys! So I’ve been in a live in relationship with this guy for around 2 months and we got pregnant immediately after we moved in. We planned on keeping the baby after so much discussion and debate and decided to get married soon. But I miscarried at 6 weeks 4 days and he started acting unsure about the relationship suddenly. He says that he had feelings for me because i was pregnant and that he doesn’t know if he loves me. He keeps going from ‘I love you’ to ‘I’m confused on how to proceed’. I wanna talk about the pregnancy to my family as it’s consuming me day by day and i need help. He isn’t looking after me while I’m dealing with postpartum irrespective of me saying i don’t feel loved or supported. My parents will talk to his family if they get to know hence doesn’t want them to know. I wanna be supportive of his plans but I don’t know who is going to take care of me. I’m emotionally drained, questioning everything, losing sleep and crying from time to time and he seems untouched. He asked for time and space to decide but i don’t know how to hold on and support myself till then. I’ve always wanted to be a mother and it’s killing me that my baby isn’t with me anymore. I doubt if I’m falling into depression, my family has a history of postpartum depression. What should I do to overcome this and should I wait for the guy or move on?

I think we all know the moment when we start to realize that we have fallen in love. Being in love is nice, but what if you recognized your feelings too late?

So .. Since last summer I have been very good friends with the brother of a friend. Until recently, we both spent time together every day. When we watched series or slept in the same bed, we cuddled. We've talked about what would happen if one of us fell in love. After that, it was always clear: We are just friends.

For some time now he has had less time for me. We also had a few minor disputes. I recently found out that he was meeting up with a friend to see if the two were a match. At first I was hurt because he didn't tell me something so important, even though we have become such good friends.

When I drove past both of them recently, it hit me: Why is it bothering me so much? I shouldn't be jealous, should I? I realized that I didn't notice when I fell for him. Things I found weird at first are now the things I like most about him. After we talked about our dream dates, I wished that I could be the person who would be with him then.

Problem now: What should i do? Normally I would have no problem telling him how I feel, but he's seeing someone right now. What if he's already in love? On the one hand I would like to have him by my side again, on the other hand I don't want to cause him any problems or stand in their way. After all, we want the person we love to be happy, right?

What do you think? What would be best for both of us? Would it be selfish to tell him how I feel even though he's meeting someone right now?

Hi I recently meet this guy on a dating app. We talked for a few days n then decided to meet. Our date was really very nice. After that we meet n from then we started making out. We usually don't meet out like in public places n it becomes weird for us there. When we meet for the first time that day we decided we won't date or be into relationship. Now its been 5 months we meet twice a month n make out. I had a crush on him since the start like when I gave him a right swipe. That time he also did had a crush on me. one of my closest friend stopped talking to me 2months back . he blocked my call . but not on social media .. but he tefuses to talk to me .. I gave him a lot of space n contact him only once a month bit he dnt want to solve things at all . he meant the world to me & i don't understand how he can break our frienship like this after he promised to be by my side wherever we went .
