So I'm just new to this community, but I just want to post something here. 
I am going through some personal issues, and it feels to the point that it's time to see a therapist. Just a question, When do you know that low-self esteem, people pleasing, gets to the point that it's time to heed to the issue.

Emotional Abuse

There's a guy in my life(just a friend), every time he walks into my life, there's chaos in my life.
the chaos is not because of him but idk it always coincides with the time he texts me or talks to me. I tried to cut him off but then he texts me even though I seen zone him and idk what to do. If I should stop talking to him for something he's not really responsible or should get this stupid theory off my head.

Confusion

After the struggle of 3 years ..finally the two are together. In these three years it took so much effort to convince him, she confessed three years ago, but got rejected because he couldn't handle love and studies together. He is the eldest son of his family and full of pressure. Although he didn't leave his best friend who is now in love with him. She was suffering with loneliness, he was still there for her, cherishing her with his friendship, and care. However, she wanted love too. She cried millions of times without telling him. He didn't know anything, but when they met, or when they talked on phone calls, he could tell everything. He was in love with her best friend too, but he wasn't saying anything. At the end it became difficult for him to bear the sadness of her, and his increasing love for her. 
They got together....now they are both scared of losing each other, because they are madly in love.

Exhausted

The most interesting people I have found are mostly who had a devastating life —no friends, terrible family background, hardly successful (that's what they feel, however they are still doing good in their own life considering carrier) , no relationship. 
They had every reason to hate, become bitter but they live their life with core morality and values. I appreciate those who still believe in good. They are the kind of proble who are badass with an heart of an angel.
