The only cure to this lies with you, try to change your routine to something different.

The key for getting out of boredom, is to keep your mind & body occupied at the same time, it can be any activity wherever you are, I’m sure you can find one.

What if you can’t focus on anything right now. I tried everything possible but it’s getting too difficult to handle

I fully agree with you, and as you said it’s difficult to handle meaning β€œdo-able” not impossible.

On the other hand, if focus was achieved straightway you wouldn’t have been here exploring ideas. At such times focus comes gradually, just as you start cycling and you get on 2 wheels gradually with balance that’s focus.
