I am feeling that I might have ADHD and I don’t want comfort, I just need to know certainly if I do have it because if I do, I need to fix it and if not, then I need to calm the hell down because there is a lot to do as it is and I don’t want another task to deal with right now.
PS. do let me know if I can maybe take a test or something online for free that might help me.
PSS. I’m a hyper self-aware person so I know what I’m feeling and why I’m feeling that way, just want a sense of certainty for now.

I usually do things in chunk for my impulsiveness and fidgeting is always at peak. Another thing is meditation which was suggested to me but since i can not keep calm so i try to listen to music amplify my imagination connecting the dots in air and i may be overindulged myself in work that will consume energy and thought process that every hyperactive asPect to me feels normal to me That’s how i have been dealing . its not healthy for i stay up like 4 am wake up around 8am i am trying to balance and i will not say all is well too for its overwhelming but i try my best to keep things sane.

I’ve tried meditation but It’s not something that calms me down rather makes me more anxious and now that I’m thinking about what you’ve said, I understand that music actually does ease my brain. Will definitely try doing that more often. Making lists also helps. More power to you. Thankyou.

And test online i do not know about that but since you said you are more self aware the best you want for you now is get your things be done. so channelise your energy in that :) and if i get to knw some reliable would surely share . But last time i went to hospital they told me some medicine and to be honest i did not opt for it so its all about self control For i did not want to be addicted to medicines
