I am feeling sort of distracted today, I canβt settle on anything to do- listen to music, watch tv, food- nothing is holding my interest. I feel restless. I went for a walk, but afterwards I still felt the same way. I am somewhat isolated during this quarantine, and feel like I have no one to talk to most of the time.
I am an adult and prefer to share thoughts with other adults.
Whenever I feel restless like this, I usually put my earphones in and dance it out, even if I donβt feel like it. It calms me down, and definitely makes me feel better. Or I end up exercising so that my energy gets channeled into something. Maybe you can try doing something out of the blue - like dancing or painting or simply baking
