Hey,
Please don’t give up on yourself. I know it is very hard for you. But I want to help you. You can talk if you want

@anonymoushelper

dont worry everything has its time…
remember there are people going through similar things and its absolutely normal.
All you need to do is take yourself to happy place , get a paper and pen and write theses thoughts and add solutions to them , your boyfriend : dump him or talk to him ; your family needs time they wont understand when the time is right they will come to you…
And about dying , remember you matter to yourself and you are one of the 7 billion people in this world you make up the universe you matter…

Thank you so much

Hi love,
I understand that this must be a very difficult time for you right now and I won’t try to tell you that it’s not so bad. But I can tell you that it’s not always going to be this way, that this is not the end. You don’t have to base your decision to live on the situation today because the future may be much different.
A few pointers that may help:
1. If you’re feelings are getting too intense and you want to end things, please reach out to a helpline. They’re all anonymous and won’t force you to do anything you’re not ready for. They’re also bound by a strict code for confidentiality and ethics, in case you’re worried about that.
2. When the suicidal thoughts get too intense, call or be around someone, preferably a friend. You don’t have to tell them anything, but being around people grounds your thoughts and anxiety.
3. Find a friend/loved one you can talk to and open up about this. Share your crisis and trouble. Trust me, talking makings the burden so much lighter even if it doesn’t make your problems go away.
4. Practice breathing exercises when you feel like it’s getting too much. Prefer guided breathing exercises on YouTube and other platforms. They’re very helpful.
I hope you feel better soon. Please stay strong and refer to these points. Don’t give up. Your story is not over yet.

Thank you so much for your thoughts. But I still haven’t solved my problems. I feel I am not ready to talk to my father about my feelings.
