I am feeling a lot of anxiousness since our break up I can barely eat I didn’t sleep I feel like I’m obsessing over it
Oh it takes time to get out of that but try to keep yourself busy in something or just distract yourself that helps you for now

When it happens tell your mind to stop,yell it loud if you have to ,whenever it comes to your mind just say no.You have to train your brain
