Ahh panic attack sucks man. But that’s the worst part. Feeing that way without even know the reason. N when I try to find it I get more depressed. Vicious cycle it is.

Worst kind of feeling. I had today at work.
Worst place to have one. I did breathing cold water sitting down with my head down. As I feel like it’s spinning like anything.
