I am a person who is addicted to phone 24/7(YouTube and Instagram).How can I come out of this?
I’ll suggest you start spending more time with your family and play some outdoor sport or join any club and main start reading self helping books

1.Be around people who remind you to be productive
2. As soon as you become conscious that u are on your phone ask yourself "is it really necessary to use phone now "?
3. Use apps to control ur screen time , which keep a check on you
