I am a mess right now. I don’t know what i am feeling and i don’t know if i should seek professional help and if i should then how do i tell my parents the reason . Tbh even i am not sure of the reason . I have never had a relationship in my life and am sickeningly scared of getting in one ,i have always been . I think i am not important enough for anyone , friends or family. I am anxious . I feel like people are always judging me but sometimes i don’t even care about it but then again these things make me anxious. I act like i dont give a fuck and so now everyone just assumes it and now they don’t bother me with things they tell my other feiends. I’m not even able to write anything properly here and what to say
I don’t know what to think .

I’ve been in the position and I can understand what u might be going through
What I can suggest about friendship is u get what u give…You need to show your feelings slowly to the people you trust and they’ll reciprocate with same feelings.
And about relationships I’ll be honest that there’s never a guarantee as to how long it’ll last or with whom. It’s a gamble where you rely on each other , adjust for each other and grow together.
It’s not always necessary to have everything figured out sometimes you just gotta let go or take a step back and breathe a little.
