I am a bodybuilding athlete and recently i got an injury on my biceps while working out. The doctor has advised me to rest for atleast 1 month and even after that take it slow. I dont know how will i deal with this mentally and physically. There doesn’t go one single day when I don’t go to the gym and now not going for 1 month will really have a toll over me.

You know sometimes we have to think of the greater good. Injuries heal only when you give them enough rest, medication and healthy food. In time, you’ll be just as fit and higher on motivation!
