I am a bodybuilding athlete and recently i got an injury on my biceps while working out. The doctor has advised me to rest for atleast 1 month and even after that take it slow. I dont know how will i deal with this mentally and physically. There doesnโ€™t go one single day when I donโ€™t go to the gym and now not going for 1 month will really have a toll over me.

bro donโ€™t hurry into getting back to working out. take the adequate rest and come back stronger! itโ€™s okay, embrace this break.

You know sometimes we have to think of the greater good. Injuries heal only when you give them enough rest, medication and healthy food. In time, youโ€™ll be just as fit and higher on motivation!
