How do you know how to kiss a person when you have literally never kissed anyone......like is it something that comes naturally or does everybody read an article on how to kiss or something cause I simply don't get it.

Overthinking

I am Indian lady working in usa me and my 6 age son living in usa and my husband is in India.  At every weekend I was invited to parties at clubs but i deny.  But last week first time I visited club but avoided drinks. My colleague sara introduced a handsome American boy. He introduced himself as Jackson and age 29 me and him spent time together by talking and getting about each other everything wnt fine but while leaving the club after exchanging bye he kissed me in my cheek. 

To America it is common but as a traditional married woman i feel hesitate and guilty about getting kissed by male casually.

But people do you think  is visiting club is my mistake.  Is i am responsible for that kiss?

Do you guys feel awkward if your gf initiates intimacy or take the lead in kissing or hugging basically anything physically intimate? I want a guy's perspective. 
When I was in a relationship I was actually very afraid to hug or kiss my bf and always waited for him to take the initiative. My idea mostly stemmed from the fact that guys view girls taking the initiative first as 'easy' or 'timepass'.
