This month we are celebrating COLOUR. Thus, we bring to you the HUES Challenge:

Significance of the colour RED:
π΄ Red is the colour of blood and fire. It is associated with meanings of love, passion, desire, heat, sexuality, sensitivity, romance, joy, strength, leadership, and determination.
π΄ Red is a strong physical stimulant that will help restore vitality, courage and self-confidence.
Fun Fact: Wearing the colour red stimulates brain activity, increases heart rate, respiration and blood pressure, gives energy and self-confidence. Red activates blood circulation and the sympathetic nervous system.

My red person is my best friend that i have a crush on. It may seem repetitive but she is one of the reasons i feel loved.
