My life is starting to be a mess again. I am procrastinating, I am not able to do basic activities, I am tired all the time. I have motivation to change it, I just don't have motivation to start. I hope everything will change to better soon :)

3am Thoughts

They love someone else now the same way they used to love me same attention and everything just so hard to accept it all. Never expected it from this one person. Learned this lesson a hard way. 
No matter how much you do for them in the end they're gonna turn their backs on you and there's nothing you can do about it. 

Breakup

I'm feeling fine..I have broken up with a person almost more than a year back...it was toxic..and everytime I think of it .it makes me nauseous.
There was a time I used to cry like crazy..so so much...now its better...but everytime I keep thinking of moving on and try and be open to being with someone else..I feel nauseous from all the previous trauma.
I don't know. Guess I'm still processing and healing

 I had clinical depression and anxiety since 2019 and my depression  is cured now but anxiety disorder is still there. So, After three years of being single and depressed recently I dediced to have some fun and casual xxx. I installed the app and got some matches in which one agrees to have xxx. We decided the place But despite being her hot, my penis used to get down in middle of xxx again and again and we didn't finish. I feel such a looser my penis won't get enough Erection to have xxx. Sometime i get flashback of trauma  and it get down suddenly. So now I feel like I am IMPOTENT. I feel like looser & I can't do xxx in my life. Is this due to my mental illness or due to Masturbation habits .
