There are lot of ways โ€ฆin starting uh can simply strt with chanting mantra simply OM with deep breathe and with each inhale and exhale uh can feel ur breathe is becoming deeper and deeper to an longer extent โ€ฆand then by doing this you can feel totally relaxed and clear ๐Ÿ™‚
