These things depend on you and donā€™t have a clear-cut answer. You have to make your mind understand those facts.

You have to be less sensitive to not feel bad for everything that doesnā€™t turn out your way. Hope is a natural thing to have but not letting it come your way is what needs to be worked on. šŸ¤

You canā€™t stop having hopes. Itā€™s just that you find things that are more probable. You start finding self love and the things that are better for you and can be found.
When you get sad and hurt, you realise how it is to be hurt. Thus, you love the person so that you donā€™t hurt them. Only that way things go on. And being sad is a part of life. You can love someone and let them know and hope that they donā€™t hurt you. Thatā€™s all.
