2) Give time to your hobbies and passions, it will help keep your soul energised.
3) Spend time with nature and appreciate its beauty.

Adding on to this
- get a job if you’re old enough to earn
- find a decent place to live, if you think your current surrounding isn’t helping you grow
- make a plan. Having a big goal to work towards is always helpful in my opinion

I agree with all of this too but I think the person who asked this question is not well at all and he/she doesn’t need a lot of pointers. He/she just needs to start right now. Look at the question. Just a one liner vague question without any description of the problem, it is indicating that the person is in a mess and clueless about what to do. Giving a lot of points might just confuse him/her.
