How to quit smoking? I’m smoking 7 ciggerate a week. Finding it hard to quit as it ease my anxiety

I started as I was not going through a good time and I was in college so everyone used to smoke so I also started it later.
But I still continue it because of the relief I got after smoking
It’s too bad i think to get relief you should any other thing the place of smoking you should replacment with your this habit
Other habit like—
Eating something as healthy food,snacks or fennel it’s smell is too good it would be helpful…
I remembered one day I was anxious 4-5 hours ,nothing helps but one cigarette calms me down like nothing was there.
Day 1, no smoking 🚭
But now it’s addiction that is not good for health

It’s not an addiction, I have no problem leaving smoking but what about that relief, can’t find it anywhere else
