When I donβt believe in myself I think of people in the past or the present who have believed in me and I do my best for them. Also, while not applicable to every scenario faking it till you make it is sometimes helpful. For example, if you donβt think you can do it (pass a test, talk to a person, etc), fake as you can sometimes that can follow. Above all else though give yourself grace for the mistakes youβve made. Sometimes sitting down and making achievable steps for reaching your goals is also helpful. You can do it! I believe in you!
