Just try to clear thoughts out of your mind that involve your ex. If you don’t want him/her appearing in your mind constantly if you want you can delete photos you have of him/her on your phone. and don’t stress out about it that’s only going to make it worse.

Do you guys still talk? If you guys barely talk or anything what’s the point of having his/her number if you guys don’t talk? Maybe try blocking his/her number but keep the photos?

yeah. we only talk at facebook… he don’t know my number. Before we stop talking to each other he still working near at work place now i don’t know if he still there…
Facebook is considered Social Media-
and you could ask him if he’s still there. But that doesn’t really help you get over him… Is there something you would do whenever you don’t see/do anything with him? Maybe that can distract you from thinking about him.
I use another account to stalk him. And i even crying to his photo saying all i want to tell him. Crying. I fon’t want this feeling anymore

I saw her today. But i guess he didn’t see me… He still working there. But i guess that’s what we call small world after all.
I guess no one really knows the answer to this. No matter how many times you say I’ve moved on or atlest convince yourself that you’ve moved on but in your heart there will be there this little part where you would always love them
Yes true. I thought i few months pass i will forget him.but every memories of him keep.coming back sometimes i feel its my fault. I just dont want this feeling
