How to get rid of unwanted thoughts which not only affect my present but also my future with someone i love. Don’t know what to do with those thoughts

I have the same thoughts and I feel like I’ve lost the only person I’ve ever loved in my life. I don’t even count my parents in because I haven’t had them be good figures to me at all.
The worst part is when you get that feeling of not being good enough for someone…
The fact is i know I’m not good enough for her,even she cried multiple times just because of me but still she wants me in her life and never lets me go away. Its feels like hell seeing her cry and still loving me madly.

Then, try to figure out what it is that you’re doing that’s making her cry. She clearly loves you and wants you, so make sure that you let her know that you want her too.
On her side, she has shown you that she loves you and is gonna stay, so why do you have to worry about anything? Try to be the best version of yourself not only for her, but even for yourself AND your RELATIONSHIP :)
