How to get rid of negative and really horrible thoughts, creating fake scenarios in mind, overthinking and ruining happiness… This seems really difficult… I just can’t stop negative thoughts and overthinking about small things…
Best way possible is to spend time with your family, listen to podcast or some mood freshing songs ,read books make yourself busy ,you can also dance lol and yeah talk to close friends and also don’t use social media so much. I don’t know if these will help you but It did to me soo ^_^ have a great day
