Hi dear, are you feeling healthy? Means do you feel active and fit, completing your daily tasks without getting tired and eating proper diet? Because if you are feeling fit then that is all that matters, your health and fitness matters most. Don’t try to gain weight just to please society, society can never be pleased. Just be comfortable and healthy in your own body, and think about WHY you want to change before you know HOW to change yourself ?

Hey, I would suggest you to not use any muscle gainers or anything, it would be of no help and will have side effects infact.
So the only thing that helps in weight gain is being in a calorie surplus. Eat more calories than your maintenance. That’s all that will help. Eat calorie-dense (healthy) foods like peanut butter, avocado etc.
