How to express jealousy in a positive way?
Me and my BF are in a LDR. And I don’t want to have a big argument with him, but also I don’t want to keep this jealous feeling. I want to tell him that I’m jealous but I don’t know how to say it.
What is it that you are jealous about.
I see him on a trip with someone else
But he doesn’t know that I know about it
Ohh, so just say it that in way that he’ll not be angry, like in a silly way, like you get it right.
Or just tell him that you get jealous sometimes when you see him on a trip with somebody, but then you remember how much he loves you n all.

Try to eliminate the feeling of jealousy, u don’t have to feel that way if I’m being honest here.
it’s okay to feel that way if u ask me but if you successfully eliminate the feeling. Trust me you’ll be a really happy person as jealousy induces toxicity in your life .

Hey don’t think too much over it!! Just talk to ur bf about it, holding the feeling eil eventually ruin your relationship better try to express yourself in a healthy way and communicate about this with him. If he loves you he must understand you right!❣
Yeah, that’s the problem… I don’t know how to express my feelings in a healthy way… I’m afraid to communicate and turning into a fight
If you think he’s cheating on you, tell him immediately
